We do not currently have Amazon SP-API integration. Orders are not automatically pulled from Amazon. You need to export your orders from Seller Central and forward them to us (CSV or email). We are evaluating API integration for future release.

A physical address in South Africa is required. This can be your business address or your 3PL’s warehouse address (JLog can provide this).
Products must meet Amazon’s listing standards and any applicable South African regulations (NRCS, SABS). Certain categories require approval (e.g. supplements, electronics).

You must be VAT registered if your turnover exceeds R1 million per year. Amazon collects marketplace VAT on certain transactions, but you remain responsible for your own tax compliance.

Yes. You can use our Cape Town warehouse address as your business/shipping address in Amazon Seller Central. This is a common setup for merchant-fulfilled sellers using a 3PL.
If you sell on Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk from South Africa, JLog can also handle international shipping via DHL and FedEx, including customs documentation and export paperwork.
