The easy answer is that you really only need to supply a commercial invoice, we'll guide you to ensure all the correct details are in place.
Yes, we will need an original invoice. This should also not be a handwritten note.
The time it takes will depend on the kind of package, for example general documents would take about 2-4 business days whereas other items would be 4-7 business days, pending customs.
