Crew as standard: Every booking includes one professional, vetted driver who provides loading assistance. For jobs requiring two people — heavy furniture, apartment moves, multi-piece collections — a second crew member can be added at booking. Let us know in advance.
Waiting time: Reasonable waiting time at collection and delivery stops is included in a standard booking. For jobs with expected extended waits (e.g. multiple gallery stops where access depends on staff availability), tell us when you book and we will accommodate it in the rate. Ask about our waiting time policy when requesting a quote for your specific route.

Gallery collection circuit — two Cape Town galleries
A dealer needed two framed works collected from separate galleries — one in the City Bowl, one in De Waterkant — and delivered to a private residence in Constantia on the same afternoon.
