JLog (JetLog Pty Ltd) was founded in 2019 and works as official carrier for the Investec Cape Town Art Fair. We are not a generic courier dressed up in nicer words. Our clients are galleries, designers, ceramicists and luxury brands whose shipments come with consequences if they are mishandled.
Specialist handling means specialist routing, specialist crating, specialist customs work and specialist accountability. Every consignment is moved by people who can name what is in it and what will happen to it next.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. JLog operates as a full international 3PL — we export white-glove and standard freight to the UK, USA, EU, UAE, Australasia and beyond, with paired customs clearance at both ends.
What makes white-glove different from standard couriers?
White-glove means handling that respects what is being moved: bespoke crating, climate-aware storage, two-person handling where it matters, and direct human accountability for the consignment from collection through delivery. A standard courier ships everything the same way.
Are art and antiques insured during transit?
Yes. Coverage scales with declared value and is arranged on a per-consignment basis. We work with marine and specialist fine-art insurers and can quote insurance alongside the freight quote.
Can JLog handle customs clearance?
Yes. Customs clearance is part of every import and export JLog manages. We hold the HS code expertise, duty calculation and documentation capability in-house.
How does JLog price its services?
Quotes are built per-consignment from real freight rates, handling complexity and any specialist requirements (crating, climate handling, customs work). We do not run a flat-rate model — premium care is priced for what it actually costs to deliver.
